Tell us what the system is doing: no production, lower output than last year, an error light or code on the inverter, a microinverter showing offline in the app, pigeons under the panels, or a roof job that needs the panels off. If you know the inverter brand (Enphase, SolarEdge, SMA, Fronius or another) and roughly when the system went in, include that. A screenshot of the monitoring app and a photo of the inverter label help a lot. Mention whether you own the system or lease it, and whether your utility is APS or SRP.
